Lubrication Technician
Basic Function and Scope
As a part of condition monitoring team the lubrication technician will ensure the implementation greasing program based on the strategy concept for all the equipments including rotating equipment and non- rotating equipment. His responsibility and focus will be the continuous improvement and optimization of the greasing program. He will be expected to observe ,inspect and recommend greasing where appropriate to all mechanical parts which are not been covered by maintenance team and support COPI Core Values (health, safety, environmental protection and quality assurance).
Minimum Requirements
Understanding of Condition Monitoring philosophy and their application in the petrochemical Industry.
D3 (mechanical/electrical) for education background
Good knowledge including:
vibration analysis
tribology
minimum 3 Years Work Experience in Petrochemical Engineering or related field especially in maintenance activities
Ability to function in a multi-cultural environment
Understanding of planning systems in an integrated planning environment
Collaboration and influencing skills
Self directed and highly motivated
Computer skills and proficiency using Access, Word and Excel
Good English conversation
